Welcome to Little Beans and thank you for taking the time to visit my website. My name is Sonja, and several years ago I made the life changing decision to change career direction, from working within the Legal sector, to following my heart and creating photographic magic for a different set of clients. I absolutely value the  joy I feel each and every time I photograph a fresh new life, and never tire of meeting new families and witnessing them grow together.

Over the years,  I have acquired a wealth of family, home, study and work experiences,  which when woven together have brought me to this happy place as principal photographer at Little Bean Baby Photography. As a Mother myself, I also understand the priceless value of freezing a moment in time and preserving the kind of memories you  and your children will want to share in the years that follow.

It is a magical privilege to be trusted to photograph your baby, and I love absolutely every single session with these tiny little treasures. Each and every baby is a priceless gift, fragile and vulnerable, and it is my responsibility to carefully and tenderly handle every one with the utmost respect, tenderness and care; with safety and comfort being paramount.

Newborn Photography has become hugely popular which in turn has seen a leap in the number of people offering it.  This is a highly specialised area of photography that you may be surprised to learn is not regulated or monitored at all, this means that anyone can set up as a newborn photographer . . . and they do ! So please research and be sure you are placing your baby in the right hands.
